Alumni Weekend



May 18-20, 2012

This year's annual Alumni Weekend will take place on May 18-20, 2012. You may find PDFs for the registration form, schedule of events, and the 2012 Distinguished Alumnus Award nomination form below. Registration for the weekend is simple is easy. You may register by any of the options below:

  • Print, fill out, and mail the Registration Form PDF to Tracy Dawson, 19 Lambert Drive, Princeton, NJ 08540
  • Fill out and submit the secure, interactive form, which can be found by clicking HERE.
  • Call Tracy Dawson at (609)924-5858 ext. 50 and give her the information on the registration form
  • Email Tracy Dawson at tdawson@americanboychoir.org the information on the registration form.

Friday, May 18
    5:30pm Registration in Ballroom, Albemarle
    6:00pm - 9:00pm Rehearsal for Alumni Chorus ONLY at Albemarle
Saturday, May 19
    9:00am Registration in Ballroom, Albemarle
    9:30am - 10:30am Rehearsal for ALL Alumni in the Loggia at Albemarle
    10:30am Rehearsal for Alumni Chorus ONLY with Concert Choir (CC) at Albemarle
    12:00pm Alumni Family BBQ Lunch on the back lawn of Albemarle
(Current and former staff will be invited to attend)
    2:00pm - 5:00pm Rehearsal for ALL Alumni and CC in the Chapel at PCAE
    7:00pm Alumnus Award and Induction Dinner in the Gymnasium at PCAE
Sunday, May 20
    9:00am Breakfast Meeting - Update and Q&A from Dean Orton, President and CEO of ABS and PCAE in the Gymnasium at PCAE
    1:00pm Sound Check in the Chapel at PCAE
ALL Alumni, Alumni Chorus, CC and TC
    4:00pm The American Boychoir School Alumni Weekend Concert in the Chapel at PCAE
Concert Dress for Performing Alumni: Dark pants, white shirt, red or ABS Alumni Tie.
