War Requiem


One of the great choral masterpieces of all time, Benjamin Britten's monumental requiem with text from the Missa pro Defunctis and the poems of Wilfred Owen. Performed with the New York Philharmonic conducted by Kurt Masur, soprano Carol Vaness, tenor Jerry Hadley, baritone Thomas Hampson and the Westminster Symphonic Choir.
