  • An intensive choral workshop for music teachers and conductors of children's, girls' and boys' choirs.

  • A national conversation of school and community chorus professionals to explore solutions for promoting and preserving the arts for children today and for future generations.

  • GRADUATE CREDIT AVAILABLE: The American Boychoir School is pleased to offer continuing education credit towards graduate study for attending the National Choral Conference, in cooperation with Westminster Choir College of Rider University. Students may receive one (600-level) graduate credit. Students interested in receiving credit for their participation should contact Kerry Heimann (609.924.5858 or kheimann@americanboychoir.org) to obtain the appropriate documentation forms.

PAYMENT
Payment for the 16th National Choral Conference must be received in full promptly (DEADLINE HAS PASSED - Limited space remains!). Checks, money orders or credit card payments will be accepted. Checks must be payable in U.S. funds. School purchase orders will be accepted for RESERVATION ONLY. Registrations submitted without payment will be cancelled (DEADLINE HAS PASSED - Limited space remains!).

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests received on or before September 1, 2009 will be eligible for full refunds less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after September 1, 2009 will not be eligible for refunds.

REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2009 National Choral Conference includes: All conference sessions from September 24 through September 26, 2009; opening night reception; refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks; and lunch on September 25 and 26.

MUSIC PACKET
NCC registrants may purchase, at cost, music used for the Conference sessions. Packets will be available at Registration. The specific price is not available at this time.

LODGING
Registration fee does not include lodging. All arrangements for lodging must be made by the registrant. Please see Conference Lodging Information.

TRANSPORTATION
Registrants are responsible for arranging their own transportation

AUDIO/VIDEO TAPING
Audio or video taping of the National Choral Conference is strictly prohibited.
